Egyptian Gulf Bank

Egyptian Gulf Bank (EGBE) was founded in 1981 as a joint venture between the Egyptian and GCC banking industries. The bank was named 2016’s ‘Fastest Growing Bank in Egypt’ by The Arab Banks Awards and has achieved significant expansion under its current leadership. Nidal Assar has been the Vice Chairman and CEO of Egyptian Gulf Bank since 2018, leading the institution through substantial growth in assets and branch network across Egypt.
